Biography

For 35 years, I owned and operated a neighborhood restaurant in New York.

Everyone who worked with me was taught the same greeting when someone walked through the door:

Welcome.

It was a simple word, but there was a lot behind it.

It meant paying attention. Listening. Understanding who was sitting in front of you and what they needed. Some people wanted conversation. Others wanted privacy. Some were regulars who felt like family; others were visiting for the first time.

The point was never to treat everyone the same.

It was to make everyone feel welcome.

When I eventually moved to South Florida and began my career in real estate, I realized that the setting had changed, but the part of the work I enjoyed most had not.

I still love meeting people, listening to them, learning what matters to them and helping them figure out what comes next.

Whether buying, selling or simply trying to understand the market, every client has a different story, different priorities and a different definition of what the right move looks like.

My job is to listen first, understand those priorities and then bring the experience, knowledge and persistence to help make the process as clear and successful as possible.

Today, I am proud to be at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, as well as a member of the prestigious House&Hive team, bringing that same approach to clients throughout South Florida.

The address changed. My purpose didn't.

Because real estate is ultimately about more than property.

It's about people, the places they call home and the lives they are building there.

And every lasting relationship begins the same way:
